By Lori Designs Challenge #6!

It's time for another fun color challenge this week at "By Lori Designs" Challenges! And the colors this week are Pacific Point, Old Olive, White and Pretty in Pink!

Here's a little inspiration for you...

Here is a visual of the gorgeous color palette...

The adorable image I used this week is called "Peekaboo Baby" and can be found in Lori's shop here!
I decided to go with a fun and cute messy stitch on this one and popped up the flower for even more dimension...

I got some beautiful new sentiment stamps from "Papertrey Ink" and I am absolutely in love with them!!

I just love this paper from "K&Company", so I of course had to  dress the inside with it too!

CARD INGREDIENTS:
PAPERS: Glittery pink textured cardstock from "DCWV". Designer paper is from "K&Company". Plain white cardstock for the bases.
IMAGE and SENTIMENT: The image is an adorable digi stamp from "By Lori Designs" and the sentiment is handstamped, embossed and is from "Papertrey Ink".
INK and COLOR: The image was colored in with "PrismaColor" pencils and a gamsol technique was used to blend. Black pigment ink from "ColorBox".
EMBELLISHMENTS: White pearls, opaque white acrylic dew drops, lime green pearl brads, pink and white fabric flowers and silver metallic printed floral ribbon.
TOOLS: Sewing machine and "Spellbinders" with circles and opened scalloped lace circles dies. "Cuttlebug" with diamonds embossing folder.
FEATURES: Machine stitching in and out with white color thread. The sentiment was embossed with shimmery Kaleidoscope embossing powder and was 3D mounted along with the image.

Lori's digis are just too cute! And you know you just want to play along too! So hop on over to "By Lori Designs" grab a digi and then have a look at all the wonderful creations the team has come up with this week for your inspiration and play along!

  2. wow, this is so adorable Tracey, love the embossing on the circle and your fab papers, cheered me right up. You asked about a black doily on one of my cards. It was white I just sponged it with black ink. I've been doing that with a lot of things lately and I can never find the colors I want
