Ok, I know I'm really late announcing these awards...but here I go! I recently received a couple blog awards from some fantastic bloggers and the rules for receiving them are to pay it forward and pass them along to some more amazing bloggers! But honestly I'm just not that interesting to know or have that many blogging buddies...lol. But I will try my best!

So I will start off with the first one I received from both Cor and Neet! Thanks so much ladies!

Here are the rules for accepting this award...

You have been TAGGED and want to participate?
Then create a post where you post the 'LOVE BLOG' image.
You should also blog the persons link that gave you the award and inform her/him that you accept the award.
You then choose 3 - 5 favorite blogs which you also link in your post, then inform each blogger that they have been tagged.

Dear bloggers:
The aim of this action is that we bring unknown, good blogs to light, so I would ask you not to blog fellow bloggers that already have 3,000 followers.

Here are my choices:

Morning everyone and Happy WOYWW! I'm so happy to have been able to actually take time to snap some pics of my messy desk and join in on the fun this week! I've been so busy lately because we have been rental hunting, so that means I've been packing and plus I've been sick along with everyone else in my family! My local craft store got some gorgeous new brad embellishments and I just had to have them in every color!! Plus I got some new Kraftin Kimmie Stamps...which is the stamp seen on the completed card in the pic! I also got me some new sentiment stamps from Papertrey Ink...I recently found out about Papertrey Ink from blog hopping and I have got to say, I'm addicted!! I also got me some of those Rock-a-Block things to try out! I love them, they work so good...best thing ever invented for clear stamps!! And as for the mess...well I had just finished a card I was working on for one of my DT's and decided to push everything back instead of cleaning it up to work on my new card...lol! Off to the side you may be able to see some of my new Spellbinders dies too!!

Well that's all for this week...time to get back to packing...lol! Hopefully I will have time to participate next week too before the big move!!

Fairy Fun Fridays Challenge -#46 All In The Fine Print...DT Card!

Time for another Fairy Fun Fridays Challenge! This week the challenge theme is "All In The Fine Print"! That means we want to see a little bit of something with print on it...it can be design paper with words, print (sentiment does not count) or embossing with script, which I have used on my card...

I have used Roberta's lovely "Cherry Blossoms" image found in the "Prairie Fairy Designs" shop here! For my bit of "Fine Print" I have used my Script embossing folder from "Cuttlebug"!

I have layered the blossoms 3 times and 3D mounted the script frame and background frame to make them come alive! Here are some closeups of the layering...

This one shows a better closeup of the shimmery mocha cardstock I used for the base and the sparkly rhinestones I used for the centers of the blossoms! I thought the shimmery cardstock blended really well with the beautiful floral DP!

And of course a card is not complete without the inside all dressed up too!...

CARD INGREDIENTS:
PAPERS: Shimmery mocha brown cardstock for the base and white textured cardstock from "DCWV". Designer paper from "Recollections".
IMAGE and SENTIMENT: The image is a beautiful digi stamp from "Prairie Fairy Designs".

TOOLS: Sewing machine, "Cuttlebug" with Script embossing folder and "Spellbinders" circles dies.
FEATURES: Machine stitching in and out with light pink color thread. The image was cut and layered, then 3D mounted.
